Als ervaren teamleider productie 2 ploegen in Oostakker start je via Randstad Permanent Placement meteen met een vast contract bij een toonaangevende industriele speler. Onze afdeling Permanent Placement richt zich uitsluitend op professionals die direct in vaste dienst treden bij hun nieuwe werkgever. In deze dynamische rolsturing stuur je dagelijks een operationele afdeling aan binnen een modern, hoogtechnologisch machinepark. Als teamleider productie 2 ploegen werk je in een wisselend twee-ploegenstelsel (vroege en late) en stuur je jouw teamleden doortastend aan. Je bouwt mee aan innovatieve transport- en logistiekoplossingen vanuit de regio Oostakker. Dankzij jouw leidinggevende ervaring til je de organisatie naar een hoger niveau. Als teamleider productie 2 ploegen maak je vanaf dag een direct impact op de teamprestaties, de veiligheid en de kwaliteit in Oostakker.

Bachelor of Masterdiploma.

Aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring binnen een productie- of operationele omgeving.

Sterk analytisch vermogen om snel verbanden te leggen tussen processen, cijfers en mensen.

Bereidheid om te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel (vroege/late) met een hands-on mentaliteit.

Vloeiende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en het Engels.

Stuur dagelijks de productieploeg aan in het 2-ploegenstelsel en coach medewerkers op de werkvloer.

Garandeer en bewaak de veiligheid, ergonomie, kwaliteit en milieunormen binnen de afdeling.

Analyseer operationele KPI's en stuur de productieplanning efficient bij waar nodig.

Stimuleer een cultuur van continue verbetering en verhoog de betrokkenheid op de vloer.

Vertaal strategische doelstellingen naar concrete dagelijkse acties en heldere prioriteiten.

Hak doortastend knopen door bij operationele storingen of onverwachte veranderingen.
