Ben jij een geboren organisator die energie haalt uit het aansturen van mensen en het stroomlijnen van een productieafdeling? Voor een stabiele en financieel gezonde onderneming binnen de bouwsector zijn we op zoek naar een Productieleider die graag dicht bij de werkvloer staat en verantwoordelijkheid neemt over een team van ongeveer 25 medewerkers.

Je komt terecht in een dynamische en familiale werkomgeving waar vakmanschap, veiligheid en een kwalitatieve uitvoering centraal staan. De onderneming beschikt over een sterke technische expertise en hecht veel belang aan een efficiënte organisatie van de productie. Binnen de afdeling wordt dagelijks gezocht naar de juiste balans tussen planning, kwaliteit, rendement en een goede samenwerking tussen collega's.

Als productieleider vorm je een belangrijke schakel tussen de dagelijkse productie en de interne ondersteunende diensten. Je houdt het overzicht over de planning, bewaakt de voortgang en grijpt in wanneer zich knelpunten voordoen. Tegelijk ben je zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer en weet je wat er leeft binnen het team.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Aansturen en dagelijks begeleiden van een productieafdeling van ongeveer 25 medewerkers
  • Opstellen, organiseren en opvolgen van de productieplanning met aandacht voor capaciteit en deadlines
  • Bewaken van de voortgang, kwaliteit en het rendement binnen de afdeling
  • Signaleren van knelpunten en samen met het team zoeken naar structurele en efficiënte oplossingen
  • Toezien op een veilige, ordelijke en correcte uitvoering van de werkzaamheden
  • Nauw samenwerken met de kwaliteits- en preventiedienst rond veiligheid en kwaliteitsbewaking
  • Medewerkers motiveren, ondersteunen en aanspreken waar nodig
  • Zorgen voor een duidelijke communicatie tussen de werkvloer en interne diensten
  • Waar nodig operationeel bijspringen om de continuïteit van de productie te garanderen
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringen binnen de productieorganisatie
  • Technische opleiding en het vermogen om technische plannen correct te interpreteren
  • Enkele jaren ervaring binnen een productie- of bouwomgeving, gecombineerd met ervaring in het aansturen van medewerkers
  • Sterk organisatorisch vermogen en de capaciteit om overzicht te bewaren in een dynamische omgeving
  • Communicatief en mensgericht, met voldoende daadkracht om medewerkers te motiveren en kwaliteit af te dwingen
  • Perfect Nederlandstalig in kader van veiligheidsvoorschriften
