The posting

Voor een sterk groeiende productie-onderneming in de regio Oudenburg zijn wij op zoek naar een daadkrachtige en mensgerichte Productieleider. In deze functie ben je de spilfiguur op de werkvloer die de dagelijkse operationele leiding neemt over de productieactiviteiten. Je zorgt ervoor dat de artikelen veilig, efficiënt en volgens de kwaliteitsnormen worden gefabriceerd. Als bruggenbouwer weet je het team te motiveren, stuur je bij waar nodig en bewaak je een gestroomlijnde planning.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Operationele Aansturing: Dagelijkse leiding en coördinatie van de productiemedewerkers op de werkvloer; opstellen van de personeels- en lijnplanning.
  • Procesopvolging & Kwaliteit: Bewaken van de productievoortgang, veiligheidsinstructies en kwaliteitsnormen; direct ingrijpen bij operationele knelpunten.
  • Teamcoaching & Ontwikkeling: Motiveren en coachen van het team, uitvoeren van opvolgingsgesprekken en zorgen voor een prettige, productieve werksfeer.
  • Continu Verbeteren: Identificeren van inefficiënties in de processen en actief voorstellen van optimalisatie-initiatieven om output en rendement te verhogen.
  • Interne Communicatie: Nauw samenwerken met de afdelingen Magazijn, Technische Dienst en Planning om de goederenstroom naadloos te laten verlopen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Ervaring: Aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring (bijv. als Teamleider, Supervisor of Productieleider) binnen een productie- of procesomgeving.
  • Hands-on Mentaliteit: Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de vloer, toegankelijk voor je team en lost problemen praktisch op.
  • Organisatorisch & Stressbestendig: Je behoudt het overzicht, kunt snel schakelen bij onvoorziene omstandigheden en stelt de juiste prioriteiten.
  • Communicatief: Vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands; een goede basis in het Frans of Engels is een duidelijke plus.
  • Procesmatig Inzicht: Kennis van of ervaring met continue verbeteringsmethodieken (5S, Lean) is een mooi voordeel.
