Duvatex is een familiale en solide bedrijvengroep met productievestigingen in Vichte, Overpelt en Plovdiv (Bulgarije).

Wij zijn gespecialiseerd in de productie van matrassen voor zowel de retail- als de zorgsector en met ABZ zijn wij marktleider in babymatrassen in België en Nederland. Kwaliteit, flexibiliteit en een klantgerichte aanpak vormen belangrijke pijlers binnen de organisatie.

Voor de productiesite op onze hoofdvestiging in Vichte zoeken wij in het kader van de verdere professionalisering van de organisatie een productieleider.

De uitdaging

Na een grondige introductie in onze dagelijkse werking en maatwerkproductie zal je de dagelijkse organisatie in goede banen leiden.

Jouw takenpakket omvat:

  • het vertalen van de weekplanning naar een haalbare en efficiënte organisatie op de werkvloer
  • de dagelijkse follow-up van de planning & productie
  • de instructies en coaching van een 20-tal medewerkers
  • de praktische problem solving bij problemen in het productieproces
  • het bestellen en opvolgen van materialen in functie van de orders en productienoden
  • het opvolgen van kwaliteit, rendement en efficiëntie
  • …

Daarnaast zal je actief meedenken over verbeteracties en deze ook realiseren binnen productie met focus op kwaliteit, rendement en efficiënte.

Hiertoe werk je nauw samen met de Operations Manager.

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring opgebouwd als leidinggevende functie binnen een productiecontext.
  • Je bent hands-on ingesteld en bent een echte problem solver.
  • Je beschikt over vlotte omgangsvaardigheden en weet een team te coachen en te motiveren.
  • Je hebt de ambitie om een productiecontext autonoom te runnen.
  • Je hebt interesse voor techniek.
