De Productieleider rapporteert aan de Productiemanager en werkt nauw samen met onder andere de Executive Chef, Manager Kwaliteit, R&D en Logistiek. Taken/bevoegdheden/verantwoordelijkheden Kwaliteit - Je borgt de productkwaliteit en spreekt medewerkers hierop aan. - Je stuurt op vermindering van food- en non-foodverspilling. - Je registreert, analyseert en volgt klachten ter verbetering van kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid op. - Je ziet toe op naleving van allergenen-, kosher-, halal- en (voedsel)veiligheidsrichtlijnen. Mensen - Je geeft leiding aan circa 20 medewerkers, ondersteund door 3 teamleiders. - Je zorgt voor dagelijkse aansturing, ontwikkeling en betrokkenheid van het team. - Je stimuleert leiderschap, eigenaarschap en samenwerking. - Je vervangt de Productiemanager bij afwezigheid. Proces - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning, organisatie en voortgang van de dagelijkse productie. - Je borgt een efficiënt productieproces; op tijd, compleet en van uitstekende kwaliteit . - Je bewaakt de productiecapaciteit, vriezerplanning en voorraad. - Je stuurt op rendement, targets en continue procesverbetering. - Je controleert productieprocessen en accordeert gewerkte uren in Shiftbase. - Je borgt naleving van HACCP, FSSC 22000 en overige certificeringsrichtlijnen. - Je initieert verbeteringen op het gebied van efficiëntie, werkverdeling en samenwerking.
