Dan zoeken wij jou! Als Productieleider ben je de spil op de werkvloer, waar je zorgt voor een soepel verloop van het productieproces. Je hebt kennis van systemen als S5 en weet hoe je efficiëntie en kwaliteit waarborgt. Klantgerichtheid staat bij jou voorop, en je streeft ernaar de productiebehoeften optimaal te vervullen. Wat ga je doen? - Je stuurt het productieteam aan, corrigeert waar nodig en zorgt voor een positieve sfeer. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse productieplanning. - Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en handhaaft de hoge standaarden. - Je houdt het teambelang hoog in het vaandel en draagt bij aan een prettige werkomgeving. Werktijden en beschikbaarheid: Je bent flexibel inzetbaar. Werktijden kunnen variëren, van vroege starts (bijvoorbeeld 03:00 uur) tot reguliere diensten van 06:00-15:00 uur of 10:00 uur tot einde productie. We werken van maandag tot en met zaterdag, met in de toekomst mogelijk ook zondagen. Rond feestdagen is er sprake van piekbelasting. Wat vragen wij? - MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau. - Ervaring in een productieomgeving, met begrip van processen en systemen (zoals S5). - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, Pools, Engels en Oekraïens (oost europees met voorkeur). - Flexibele instelling en een proactieve houding. - Klantgericht en een teamspeler.
