Functieomschrijving De vestiging staat voor een volgende fase en het huidige team zal groeien naar minimaal 10 medewerkers. Voor jou als Productieleider is dit een interessant moment om in te stappen: je geeft richting aan de dagelijkse productie en het is jouw verantwoordelijkheid om deze groei operationeel in goede banen te leiden. Dat vraagt om meer coördinatie, duidelijke werkafspraken en iemand die dagelijks overzicht houdt op de werkvloer. Als Productieleider zorg je ervoor dat mensen, processen en productiecapaciteit goed op elkaar aansluiten. - Je stuurt de dagelijkse planning en productie aan, maar kijkt tegelijkertijd vooruit. - Je zorgt voor een veilige, goed georganiseerde werkomgeving met aandacht voor kwaliteit en werkplezier. - Je begeleidt de groei van circa vijf naar minimaal tien medewerkers en de uitbreiding van één naar twee productielijnen; - Je begeleidt het nieuwe projecten vanuit de operatie en zorgt dat de productie hier goed op wordt voorbereid. Wat verwachten we van jou? Deze functie vraagt om iemand die graag dicht op de productie staat en energie krijgt van een omgeving die in ontwikkeling is. Je brengt structuur, houdt overzicht en weet medewerkers mee te nemen wanneer processen of werkwijzen veranderen.
