Wij drukken dagelijks miljoenen etiketten die vervolgens in de nabewerking op maat gesneden en verpakt worden voor onze klanten. Met 4 vestigingen in 3 landen zijn wij uitgegroeid tot een internationaal vertrouwde naam in de verpakkingsindustrie. Voor onze vestiging in Enschede zijn wij op zoek naar een Productieleider die de verantwoordelijkheid heeft over de afdeling nabewerking. Je levert een actieve bijdrage aan het operationeel plan en help mee met het vertalen van de doelstellingen uit het operationeel plan in de dagelijkse uitvoering op de eigen afdeling. Daarbij zorg je voor het bewaken, bijsturen en evalueren van de afdelingsresultaten. In jouw dagelijks voorspelbare operatie zijn veiligheid, kwaliteit, efficiëntie, output en kosten in balans. Je haalt energie uit continu verbeteren: processen doorgronden en vervolgens vereenvoudigen en verbeteren, zodat het werk efficiënter en duurzamer wordt. Dit doe je met oog voor de mensen op de werkvloer, veel van het werk is nog traditioneel vakmanschap. In deze rol geef je via twee meewerkend voormannen leiding aan zo'n 30 medewerkers en rapporteer je aan de Operationeel Manager. Wat ga je doen? - Aansturen van alle afdelingsactiviteiten van de afdeling nabewerking. - Signaleren en (laten) oplossen van knelpunten in de uitvoering. - Beoordeling van planning op haalbaarheid en (laten) doorvoeren van noodzakelijke aanpassingen. - Afstemmen met andere afdelingen over voortgang, knelpunten, prioriteiten, etc.. - Het op tijd, op norm en volledig laten produceren volgens de orderplanning. - Actueel houden van een totaal beeld van de standard operating procedures (SOP), procedures, voorschriften en werkinstructies binnen de gehele afdeling. - Coachen en motiveren van de teamleden. - Leidinggeven aan de we...
