Je stapt in bij een modern en groeiend productiebedrijf met zo’n 130 vaste collega’s en ongeveer 20 uitzendkrachten. De organisatie is groot genoeg om professioneel te werken met duidelijke processen en moderne faciliteiten, maar klein genoeg om iedereen bij naam te kennen en snel te kunnen schakelen. Kwaliteit, klantgerichtheid, efficiëntie en continu verbeteren staan hier echt centraal op de werkvloer, niet alleen op papier. Als beginnende Productieleider krijg je de kans om een volgende stap te zetten in je loopbaan. Je combineert de dagelijkse operationele aansturing met het verbeteren van processen binnen één of meerdere afdelingen. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de vloer, schakelt makkelijk met procesleiders, afdelingshoofden en productiemedewerkers en zorgt dat kwaliteit, veiligheid, productiviteit en leverbetrouwbaarheid op orde zijn. Tegelijkertijd kijk je verder dan de dag van morgen: je signaleert knelpunten, denkt mee over verbeteringen en helpt om veranderingen echt tussen de machines en aan de lijn te laten landen. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met de Operationeel Manager en rapporteer je aan de Bedrijfsleider. Je krijgt veel ruimte om te leren en je te ontwikkelen in procesoptimalisatie, onder andere door te werken met productie- en procesdata, KPI’s, dashboards en (waar nodig) BI-tools. Deze functie past perfect als je nu bijvoorbeeld assistent bedrijfsleider, teamleider productie of procescoördinator bent en toe bent aan een bredere leidinggevende rol met meer verantwoordelijkheid én meer invloed op hoe de productie wordt georganiseerd.

- Je hebt een afgeronde mbo+ of hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur richting techniek, logistiek of (food)productie. - Je hebt 2 tot 6 jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving, bijvoorbeeld als assistent-bedrijfsleider, teamleider productie of procescoördinator. - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het aansturen en coachen van medewerkers op de werkvloer. - Je voelt je thuis tussen de machines, bent veel op de vloer te vinden en schakelt makkelijk met verschillende lagen in de organisatie. - Je denkt procesmatig, herkent knelpunten en vindt het leuk om mee te bouwen aan verbeteringen. - Je kunt overweg met Excel; ervaring met BI-tools en dashboards is mooi meegenomen, maar geen harde eis. - Je bent leergierig, pakt verantwoordelijkheid en durft beslissingen te nemen als het erop aankomt. - Je communiceert duidelijk, weet collega’s mee te krijgen in veranderingen en hebt een natuurlijke overtuigingskracht. - Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands.
