Om onze groei en kwaliteit verder te ondersteunen, zijn we op zoek naar een Productieleider die structuur, overzicht en leiderschap brengt in ons team.

Als Productieleider ben jij het aanspreekpunt en de drijvende kracht achter de productieafdeling. Je behoudt het overzicht over de volledige productie en zorgt voor een vlotte dagelijkse planning. Je bent een echte people manager: je stuurt een team van 7 medewerkers aan en zorgt dat iedereen efficiënt en met plezier samenwerkt.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse productieplanning en zorgt voor een efficiënte organisatie.
  • Je houdt het overzicht over de productieflow en bewaakt deadlines, kwaliteit en rendement.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor je team en begeleidt hen in hun dagelijkse werking.
  • Je motiveert en coacht je medewerkers en zorgt voor een positieve teamspirit.
  • Je maakt parameters en rapportages op om de prestaties te monitoren en verbeteringen door te voeren.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid op voor de prestaties van de afdeling en de impact op het eindresultaat.

Een voltijdse functie in dagregime (maandag tot vrijdag, 8u00 – 16u30, op vrijdag vroeger klaar).start loon €3.023,28 bruto/maand, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring kan dit uiteraard meer zijn.Een uitdagende rol met verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om jouw stempel te drukken op de productie.Werken in een familiale en stabiele onderneming met een kwalitatief product en betrokken collega’s.Een aantrekkelijk loonpakket in lijn met je ervaring en inzet.
