  • Je coacht en motiveert het productieteam dagelijks, waarbij je fungeert als hun vaste aanspreekpunt en baken van rust.
  • Het bewaken van de planning, de kwaliteit en de leverbetrouwbaarheid behoort tot jouw kerntaken, zodat klanten telkens op hun levering kunnen rekenen.
  • Je slaat een stevige brug tussen de engineeringafdeling en de werkvloer om nieuwe projecten naadloos en efficiënt te introduceren.
  • Het proactief detecteren van verbeterkansen stelt je in staat om gerichte optimalisatieprojecten op te zetten rond efficiëntie en organisatie.
  • Je borgt en verankert deze vernieuwingen in de dagelijkse werking, zodat de productieomgeving klaar is voor de geplande toekomstige groei.
