Voor een internationaal actief en hoogtechnologisch fabricagebedrijf, vooraanstaand binnen de industriële sector, kijken wij uit naar een pragmatische leidinggevende, dit in de ruime regio rond Kortrijk. De organisatie staat bekend om haar sterke focus op innovatie, de continue modernisering van het machinepark en een no-nonsense cultuur met korte communicatielijnen.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

In de functie van Productieleider CNC & Automatisering ben je de drijvende kracht achter de dagelijkse operationele gang van zaken. Je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze afstemming tussen mens en machine, met bijzondere aandacht voor rendement, veiligheidsnormen en levertermijnen.

  • Direct leidinggeven aan een ploeg van circa 20 vaktechnische medewerkers en operator-instellers; het behouden van overzicht en een gezonde werkgeest.
  • Bewaken van de continue inzetbaarheid, bezetting en technische prestaties van het CNC-machinepark en de geautomatiseerde robotcellen.
  • Periodiek analyseren van kritische prestatie-indicatoren (zoals OEE, machinestilstand, uitval en veiligheid) en hier direct op bijsturen.
  • Initiëren en begeleiden van procesoptimalisaties gericht op automatisering, omsteltijden verkorten en het verhogen van de algemene efficiëntie.
  • Nauw overleggen met aanpalende afdelingen zoals Onderhoud, Kwaliteitszorg, Werkvoorbereiding en de Operationele Directie.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Ervaring met het aansturen, motiveren en coachen van productieteams in een technische of mechanische werkomgeving.
  • Aantoonbare voeling met computergestuurde verspaning/metaalbewerking (CNC) en interesse in geautomatiseerde robot- of cobottoepassingen.
  • Je verkiest een actieve aanwezigheid op de vloer boven een loutere bureaujob en pakt knelpunten kordaat aan.
  • Je drukt je helder uit in het Nederlands. Een vlotte basis in het Frans of Engels vormt een duidelijke meerwaarde.
  • Ervaring met verbetertechnieken (5S, Lean, continu verbeteren) om de output naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
