Voor CNC Substrates in Heerewaarden zijn we op zoek naar een Productieleider (40 uur).

De organisatie CNC Substrates is Europa’s enige producent die het volledige palet aan substraten levert voor de teelt van champignons én exotische paddenstoelen. Met zeven productielocaties verspreid over Europa en meer dan 70 jaar ervaring zijn we een begrip in de paddenstoelenwereld.

In een snelgroeiende markt zetten wij de standaard: hoogwaardige, betrouwbare substraten waarmee telers hun opbrengst en kwaliteit naar een hoger niveau tillen. Als sterke Europese speler combineren we diepgaande teeltkennis met moderne productieprocessen, zodat we elke teler, van gespecialiseerde exoten‑producent tot grote Agaricus‑speler, perfect kunnen bedienen.

Wat ga je doen? Als Productieleider ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de realtime uitvoering van het productieproces. Jij vertaalt de planning naar de praktijk en zorgt dat de productieploegen veilig, gestructureerd en volgens standaard werken. Je stuurt bij op tempo, kwaliteit en discipline op onze locatie in Heerewaarden.

Je kunt o.a. denken aan de volgende taken:

- Dagelijks operationeel leidinggeven aan de productieploegen

- Leiden van dagstarts, taakverdeling en opvolging op de werkvloer

- Bewaken van procesflow, output, kwaliteit en veiligheid

- Direct oplossen van verstoringen en procesafwijkingen

- Inwerken, begeleiden en aansturen van (nieuwe) medewerkers

- Signaleren van technische issues en afstemmen met de Technische Dienst

- Verantwoordelijk voor audits en certificeringen (o.a. SKAL, GlobalG.A.P., RI&E)

- Zorgdragen voor rapportages, documentatie en het correct gebruik van systemen

- Actief aandragen en implementeren van proces‑ en organisatieverbeteringen
