Als toekomstige productieleider in Oostakker start je via Randstad Permanent Placement meteen met een vast contract bij een toonaangevende, internationale speler in de regio Oostakker. Op onze afdeling Permanent Placement richten wij ons uitsluitend op talenten die direct in vaste dienst willen treden bij hun nieuwe werkgever. In deze rol krijg je een unieke kans om door te groeien binnen een modern, hoogtechnologisch machinepark. Als toekomstige productieleider bouw je aan de duurzame transportoplossingen van de toekomst en geef je richting aan dynamische teams in Oostakker. Je combineert het beste van twee werelden: actieve begeleiding op de werkvloer en strategische doorgroeikansen in een mensgerichte organisatie. Als toekomstige productieleider maak je vanaf dag een direct impact op de operationele resultaten.

Bachelor of Masterdiploma

Eerste ervaring met leidinggeven (bijvoorbeeld via vrijwilligerswerk, een sportclub of jeugdbeweging).

Sterk analytisch vermogen om vlot verbanden te leggen tussen processen, cijfers en mensen.

Hands-on, nuchtere instelling met de motivatie om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen tot een sterke leider.

Vloeiende communicatie in het Nederlands en het Engels.

Stuur dagelijks de productieafdeling aan en begeleid je teamleden op een coachende wijze naar succes.

Bewaak en optimaliseer de normen voor veiligheid, kwaliteit, ergonomie en milieu op de werkvloer.

Volg operationele KPI's en productieplanningen nauwgezet op om de doelstellingen te behalen.

Stimuleer een cultuur van samenwerking, betrokkenheid en continue verbetering binnen de afdeling.

Vertaal strategische bedrijfsdoelen naar heldere, concrete actieplannen voor de medewerkers.

Neem krachtige beslissingen in een snel veranderende en innovatieve productieomgeving.
