Jouw job als teamleider: Als Productieleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor een veilige, kwalitatieve en efficiënte productieomgeving. Je zorgt ervoor dat productie, kwaliteit, planning en personeelsinzet optimaal op elkaar afgestemd zijn. Als Productieleider neem je een sleutelrol op in het realiseren van de productieplanning en het continu verbeteren van processen.

  • Je stuurt de dagelijkse productieactiviteiten aan en volgt deze op.
  • Je bewaakt de naleving van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsprocedures.
  • Je zorgt voor de beschikbaarheid van grondstoffen, verpakkingen, werkopdrachten en etiketten.
  • Je stemt productiecapaciteit en personeelsbezetting af op de productieplanning en de klantvraag.
  • Je analyseert rendementen, KPI's, grondstofverbruik en procesverliezen en onderneemt acties waar nodig.
  • Je ondersteunt verbeterprojecten rond Lean, Kaizen en operationele efficiëntie.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de kwaliteitsdienst bij afwijkingen, stalen en corrigerende acties.
  • Je vervangt de Productiemanager bij afwezigheid.
  • Je coacht ploegverantwoordelijken en operatoren en ondersteunt hun verdere ontwikkeling.

Jouw profiel als Teamleader Productie / Productieleider / Productiesupervisor

  • Bachelor- of masterniveau, of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van een productieomgeving binnen een sterk gereguleerde sector, bij voorkeur de voedingsindustrie.
  • Kennis van HACCP en kwaliteitsprocessen.
  • Ervaring met procesoptimalisatie en continu verbeteren.
  • Ervaring met het analyseren en opvolgen van KPI's en productiegegevens.
  • Kennis van ERP-systemen en Microsoft Excel.
  • Ervaring met personeelsplanning en productieorganisatie.
  • Voldoende communicatieve vaardigheden om medewerkers en ondersteunende diensten efficiënt aan te sturen en af te stemmen.
