Als Productieleider zorg je samen met je team dat linnengoed voor hotels, vakantieparken en andere hospitality-organisaties goed en op tijd wordt verwerkt. Je werkt in een professionele wasserijomgeving waar kwaliteit, samenwerking en service belangrijk zijn. Je geeft op een coachende en praktische manier leiding. Daarbij houd je overzicht over de productie, help je bij operationele knelpunten en zoek je naar mogelijkheden om het werk slimmer te organiseren. Je werkt nauw samen met de logistieke afdeling, de kwaliteitsafdeling en de Shiftleader. - Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan ongeveer 17 medewerkers. - Je motiveert en coacht je team en werkt waar nodig mee. - Je bewaakt de voortgang en resultaten van de productie. - Je lost storingen en andere operationele knelpunten op. - Je rapporteert de productieresultaten aan de Shiftleader. - Je voert verbeteringen door in processen en werkwijzen.
