Als productieleider in Harderwijk bij dit recycle bedrijf (metaal) zorg jij dat de werkvloer strak georganiseerd is en alles volgens plan draait. Je stuurt het productieteam aan, bewaakt de planning en schakelt dagelijks met collega’s van onder andere logistiek en kwaliteit. Je houdt het overzicht, neemt snel beslissingen en grijpt in zodra processen dreigen vast te lopen. Je werkt fulltime in een omgeving waar continu wordt geproduceerd en waar efficiëntie, veiligheid en kwaliteit centraal staan. Met jouw hbo-achtergrond en ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol weet je hoe je KPI’s vertaalt naar concrete acties op de vloer. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over procesverbeteringen en draag je bij aan de voorbereiding op een nieuw productiegebouw met zes extra lijnen, zodat de afdeling straks nog professioneler en toekomstbestendig draait.Op dit moment is het bedrijf in de afrondende fase van het bouwen van een nieuwe hal waar 6 lijnen komen te staan

- Je hebt een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een technische of bedrijfskundige richting. - Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen een productie- of maakomgeving. - Je voelt je thuis op de werkvloer, stuurt op KPI’s en planningen en weet cijfers om te zetten in concrete acties. - Je geeft helder en nuchter leiding, durft beslissingen te nemen en staat stevig in je schoenen op de vloer. - Je schakelt makkelijk met andere afdelingen zoals logistiek en kwaliteit en houdt daarbij altijd het totaaloverzicht. - Je hebt een scherp oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiency en ziet snel waar processen slimmer en strakker kunnen. - Je bent fulltime beschikbaar en pakt graag de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor een soepel draaiende productieafdeling.
