Als productieleider bij Dijkstaal in Maassluis houd jij het overzicht in een werkplaats waar geen opdracht hetzelfde is. Wij maken graag kennis met jou! Wat ga je doen? Jij zorgt dat onze staalconstructies veilig, op tijd, binnen budget en volgens de kwaliteitseisen worden geproduceerd. Je stuurt de werkplaats aan en denkt mee over verbeteringen en zorgt actief voor de implementatie hiervan. - Je stuurt ervaren vakmensen en leerlingen aan. - Je bewaakt de planning, de capaciteit, de veiligheid en de kwaliteit. - Je draagt zorg voor onder meer een correcte urenregistratie, extra inzet, diverse keuringen en lasinspecties. - Je denkt proactief mee over slimmer werken, machines, automatisering en robotisering. Wie zijn wij? Dijkstaal is een modern familiebedrijf in Maassluis. We werken aan uitdagende projecten onder onze pijlers: transformatie, modulair, architectonische staalbouw en infra. De lijnen zijn kort en we luisteren graag naar jouw ideeën. Wie ben jij? Je communiceert duidelijk, denkt in praktische oplossingen en weet een team mee te krijgen. Daarnaast heb je: - ervaring met het aansturen van een team; - kennis van staalbouw, lassen, samenstellen en kwaliteitscontroles; - kennis van NEN-EN 1090, EN-ISO 3834 en lasinspecties; - ervaring met Microsoft Office en bij voorkeur ConstruSteel ; - affiniteit met machines, automatisering en robotisering. - Een korte reistijd doordat je in de regio woont.
