Wat ga je doen? Als productieleider in Amersfoort stuur je dagelijks de complete werkvloer aan binnen onze dynamische textielverwerkingsorganisatie. Je bewaakt de productienormen, verzamelt de wekelijkse cijfers en stuurt bij waar nodig om het maximale uit het productieproces te halen. Je stuurt de afdelingshoofden aan en bewaakt de kwaliteit en efficiency. In deze rol ben je het directe aanspreekpunt voor de operationeel manager, de technische dienst en de chauffeurs. Je stelt de machines en installaties waar nodig in, inschat technische storingen en maakt de week- en vakantieplanningen. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over efficiëntere werkprocessen en bespreekt deze in het wekelijkse productieteamoverleg. Je bent besluitvaardig, organisatorisch sterk en leidt met natuurlijk overwicht. Je staat stevig in je schoenen, bent stressbestendig en houdt altijd het overzicht op de vloer. Je ziet toe op de naleving van het arbo-, hygiëne- en veiligheidsbeleid en bent niet bang om medewerkers aan te spreken op houding, gedrag en de juiste bedrijfskleding. Je komt te werken bij een vooraanstaande specialist in hygiënisch textielbeheer. Onze opdrachtgever is een professionele en ambitieuze speler in de regio met een strak georganiseerd verwerkingsproces. Je versterkt het managementteam in Amersfoort waar kwaliteit, continuïteit en een schone werkplek centraal staan.
