Bedrijfsomschrijving:Locatie: Heerenveen.

Deze organisatie exploiteert een houtskeletbouwfabriek waar prefab woningelementen worden geproduceerd voor de snelle realisatie van duurzame woningen. De locatie in Heerenveen werkt met geautomatiseerde productiestappen en vakbekwame medewerkers en richt zich op het produceren van complete woningonderdelen die op de bouwplaats worden gemonteerd. Op de productievloer zijn werkzaamheden gericht op het assembleren en bewerken van houtskeletbouwcomponenten en op het borgen van kwaliteit en veiligheid tijdens het productieproces. De organisatie werkt samen met afdelingen zoals engineering, logistiek en kwaliteitszorg om de productieplanning en leveringen te waarborgen. Het team op de locatie telt circa 80 collega's en de standaard werkweek is 37,5 uur wat zorgt voor een vaste structuur in de planning en inwerktrajecten. Nieuwe medewerkers starten met twee introductiedagen gevolgd door een praktisch inwerktraject en krijgen ondersteuning via een interne academie gericht op vakgerichte trainingen en doorgroeimogelijkheden.
