Voor een innoverend bedrijf in Houthalen, actief in het ontwikkelen en maken van productiemachines, zoeken we een resultaatgerichte Productieleider om de verdere groei te ondersteunen.Als Productieleider ben jij het spilfiguur binnen onze productieafdeling. Je stuurt het team aan, bewaakt de planning en zorgt ervoor dat alle processen efficiënt, veilig en kwalitatief verlopen. Je combineert operationeel leiderschap met organisatorisch inzicht en een sterke drang naar optimalisatie.

Jobomschrijving

Aansturen van het jouw collega's: je coacht, motiveert en ondersteunt medewerkers waar nodig.Operationele opvolging: je zorgt ervoor dat alle taken correct en tijdig worden uitgevoerd.Planning beheren: je maakt en optimaliseert de planning voor zowel de te produceren machines als het personeel.Je staat in voor het magazijnbeheer: Je organiseert, structureert en vernieuwt het magazijn en je speelt een sleutelrol in de digitalisering van het magazijnbeheer naar SAP.Veiligheid op de werkvloer: je ziet toe op naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en werkt proactief aan een veilige werkcultuur.

Heb je een technische opleiding gevolgd?Kan je elektrische schema's lezen? Kun jij vlot technische tekeningen lezen?Ben jij zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels communicatief vaardig?Word je gemotiveerd van het uitzoeken van nieuwe technische constructies? Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen productie, techniek of machinebouw.Je beschikt over sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en werkt gestructureerd.Je hebt affiniteit met magazijnbeheer en bij voorkeur ervaring met SAP of andere ERP-systemen.Je communiceert vlot en weet een team te motiveren en te laten groeien.Veiligheid en kwaliteit staan bij jou hoog in het vaandel.
