Wil jij als productieleider een sleutelrol opnemen binnen een internationaal voedingsbedrijf waar ondernemerschap en groeikansen centraal staan?

Voor een sterke speler in de voedingssector zoeken we een people manager die energie haalt uit coaching, verantwoordelijkheid en vooruitgang. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar de warmte en betrokkenheid van een KMO hand in hand gaan met de stabiliteit en ambitie van een internationale groep.

De Belgische vestiging waar jij aan de slag gaat, vormt het kloppend hart van de organisatie. Niet alleen bevindt zich hier het internationale hoofdkwartier, ook de grootste productiesite wereldwijd voor hun bekendste product is hier gevestigd. Vanuit deze site worden nieuwe producten ontwikkeld, productieprocessen geoptimaliseerd en internationale groeiplannen mee vormgegeven.

Met meerdere productiesites in België en een sterke aanwezigheid in onder andere de VS, Frankrijk en het Verenigd Koninkrijk blijft deze onderneming stevig investeren in mensen, technologie en innovatie. Wat houdt de job in?

  • Tijdens de nachtshift neem jij met vertrouwen de leiding en zorg je voor rust, structuur en snelle beslissingen wanneer situaties daarom vragen
  • Samen met jouw team van operatoren werk je doelgericht naar sterke productieresultaten, waarbij coaching en motivatie centraal staan
  • Daarnaast bewaak je de kwaliteit en veiligheid op de werkvloer zodat productieprocessen vlot, efficiënt en volgens de hoogste standaarden verlopen
  • Tot slot stem je vlot af met collega’s en andere afdelingen, terwijl je ook de personeelsplanning en productie-administratie nauwkeurig opvolgt
  • Een bacheloropleiding vormt een mooie basis, al overtuig je ons vooral met jouw ervaring en feeling binnen een productieomgeving
  • Leiding nemen geeft je energie en je weet als geen ander hoe je een team motiveert, begeleidt en mee krijgt richting sterke resultaten
  • Je communiceert vlot, behoudt het overzicht in uitdagende situaties en durft beslissingen nemen wanneer het erop aankomt
