Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Vloerbeheer & Sturing: Je stroomlijnt de dagelijkse werkzaamheden, bewaakt de strakke planning en ziet erop toe dat er veilig en kwalitatief hoogstaand wordt gewerkt.
  • Directe Technische Intervention: Draait een machine niet zoals het hoort? Jij grijpt meteen naar de gereedschapskist en verhelpt de storing zelfstandig.
  • Mensen Verbinden & Motiveren: Je geeft leiding vanaf de eerste rij. Door mee te bouwen en toegankelijk te zijn, til je de teamsfeer naar een hoger niveau.
  • Efficiënte Administratie: Geen urenlange sessies achter een scherm; je beperkt administratie tot enkel de nodige data voor een vlotte opvolging.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Bewezen ervaring: Je hebt je sporen verdiend binnen een productieomgeving en hebt al vaker een team succesvol aangestuurd.
  • Technisch fundament: Je hebt een brede mechanische en technische kennis. Eerstehulp bij machinestoringen is voor jou tweede natuur.
  • Aanpakkersmentaliteit: Je bent communicatief sterk, no-nonsense en weet hoe je een ploeg in beweging krijgt.
  • Taal: Je spreekt en begrijpt uitstekend Nederlands voor een heldere afstemming met je collega's.
