Het betreft een freelance positie oplopend van 4 tot 32 uur per week, vanaf november 2026 tot half juli 2027. Over AIR AIR - Architectuur Instituut Rotterdam organiseert het publieke en professionele gesprek over de ruimtelijke ontwikkeling van de stad. Elk jaar in juni organiseert AIR de Rotterdam Architectuur Maand; hét festival over de toekomst van de stad. Het festivalhart van de Rotterdam Architectuur Maand strijkt iedere editie neer op een nieuwe toepasselijke locatie in de stad, volgend jaar in het Oude Westen van Rotterdam. Wat ga je doen? Als productieleider ben je in een vroeg stadium van de Rotterdam Architectuur Maand betrokken bij het vinden van geschikte locaties voor een architectonische interventie in de buitenruimte, de tentoonstelling en het podiumprogramma. Jouw praktische kennis over wat er komt kijken bij het realiseren van een ruimtelijke installatie, tentoonstelling en/of podium komt daarbij goed van pas. Je zorgt ervoor dat plannen worden vertaald naar organisatie, werkafspraken en concrete producties. Als spin in het web tussen AIR, inhoudelijke stuurgroep, architecten, locatiepartners, bouwteams en andere leveranciers houd jij het overzicht, bewaak je de voortgang en het budget en grijp je in wanneer planning, capaciteit of uitvoering onder druk komen te staan. - Je vertaalt inhoudelijke plannen naar concrete productieplannen en uitvoerbare werkzaamheden; - Je brengt per productie in kaart wat nodig is op het gebied van locatie, vergunningen, techniek, logistiek en personeel; - Je stuurt leveranciers, ontwerpers en andere uitvoerende partijen aan binnen jouw producties; - Je zorgt voor duidelijke briefings, taakverdeling, verantwoordelijkheden en werkafspraken; - Je voert actief overleg met betrokken partners over de voortgang van de productie; Wie z...
