FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor een groeiende industriële productieomgeving zoeken we een Productiemanager die de dagelijkse werking van de productie naar een hoger niveau brengt.

  • Je stuurt de volledige productieorganisatie aan en bewaakt de dagelijkse voortgang.
  • Je werkt samen met de productieplanning aan een efficiënte inzet van mensen en productiemiddelen.
  • Je coacht en motiveert de productieteams en werkt nauw samen met de verantwoordelijken op de werkvloer.
  • Je volgt productie-KPI's op rond rendement, kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie.
  • Je vertaalt resultaten naar concrete verbeteracties en bewaakt de uitvoering ervan.
  • Je initieert en begeleidt projecten rond automatisatie, robotisatie en verdere digitalisering.
  • Je analyseert productieprocessen en zoekt voortdurend naar mogelijkheden om capaciteit, kwaliteit en output te verbeteren.
  • Je zorgt voor een goede afstemming tussen productie, logistiek, onderhoud en kwaliteit.
  • Je helpt mee de organisatiestructuur en werkmethodes verder te professionaliseren.
  • Je rapporteert over de operationele prestaties en verbeterinitiatieven aan het management.

PROFIEL

  • Een hogere technische opleiding, bij voorkeur industrieel ingenieur
  • Ervaring binnen een industriële productieomgeving
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in het aansturen en ontwikkelen van productieteams
  • Sterke people-managementvaardigheden
  • Een goed technisch inzicht in productie-installaties en machineparken
  • Een analytische ingesteldheid gecombineerd met een praktische, hands-on aanpak
  • Interesse in automatisatie, robotisatie en technologische vernieuwing
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Het vermogen om zowel operationeel als strategisch te denken
  • Voldoende ondernemingszin om actief mee te bouwen aan een groeiende organisatie
