Wat ga je doen?

Als Productiemanager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van het volledige productieproces. Je combineert strategisch inzicht met een praktische instelling en bent regelmatig zichtbaar op de werkvloer.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:- Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van teamleiders en productieteams. - Bewaken en verbeteren van KPI's zoals OEE, productiviteit, kwaliteit en leverbetrouwbaarheid. - Initiëren en implementeren van Lean- en verbeterprojecten. - Optimaliseren van productieprocessen, werkmethodes en de productie-indeling. - Bevorderen van een sterke veiligheidscultuur en naleving van wet- en regelgeving. - Samenwerken met onder andere Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance en Quality. - Vertalen van organisatiedoelstellingen naar concrete acties op de werkvloer.
