Je maakt afspraken over wie wat oppakt en wanneer het geregeld moet zijn. Let's make something special Als Productiemanager bij Van der Mey geef je leiding aan zeven afdelingsverantwoordelijken. Samen zorgen jullie voor een veilige, efficiënte productie volgens onze kwaliteitseisen. Daarnaast bouwen we verder aan onze organisatie. We versterken de samenwerking, maken verantwoordelijkheden duidelijk en geven leidinggevenden ruimte om zich te ontwikkelen. Jij geeft hierin richting, faciliteert, brengt mensen samen en werkt met je team aan verbeteringen. Wat ga je doen? - Je stuurt zeven afdelingsverantwoordelijken aan, maakt verwachtingen duidelijk en ondersteunt hun ontwikkeling; - Je bewaakt de productieplanning, bezetting, veiligheid en kwaliteit en stuurt bij waar nodig; - Je analyseert productiecijfers, KPI's en leverbetrouwbaarheid en vertaalt deze naar verbeteracties; - Je werkt samen met Technische Dienst, Kwaliteit en Bedrijfsbureau aan het oplossen van knelpunten en verbeteren van processen; - Je denkt met de Plantmanager mee over de ontwikkeling van de productielocatie en helpt plannen realiseren.
