Op de locatie in Zoetermeer zijn grootschalige was- en verwerkingsactiviteiten georganiseerd en er wordt gewerkt volgens gestelde kwaliteits- en hygiënevoorschriften. De vestiging in Zoetermeer werkt met verschillende teams en richt zich op procesoptimalisatie, het halen van productiedoelstellingen en het borgen van continue kwaliteit. Medewerkers op locatie voeren dagelijkse productie- en kwaliteitscontroles uit en rapporteren over de prestaties richting het management. - Je stuurt dagelijks zo'n 100 werknemers aan en verzorgt de inzet en bezetting

- Als Senior Productiemanager rapporteer je op gestructureerde wijze naar de Unitmanager en directie

- Je werkt samen met 2 collega productiemanagers binnen het team van 3 productiemanagers aan procesverbetering

- Je verbetert KPI's op kwaliteit, productiviteit en kosten en initieert verbetertrajecten

- Je plant korte en lange termijn roosters en voert verzuim- en beoordelingsgesprekken

Functie-eisen: - Hbo werk- en denkniveau verkregen door opleiding of ervaring

- Ervaring met leidinggeven aan grote productieteams en ervaring met gespreksvoering

- Affiniteit met techniek en/of logistiek

- Kennis van MS Office

- Communicatief sterk in Nederlands en Engels

- Beschikbaar 40 uur per week en woonachtig in de nabije omg
