COBEFA (Komen) is een ambitieus familiebedrijf dat in een sterke groeifase zit. Als specialist in prefab betonelementen produceren we kwaliteitsvolle betonproducten voor klanten in België, Nederland, Frankrijk en Duitsland. Daarnaast zijn we ook producent van onze eigen merken, waaronder DEER Concrete en Nagare. Met een gedreven team bouwen we elke dag verder aan onze toekomst, ondersteund door nieuwe investeringen en een duidelijke visie. Om onze groei en professionalisering kracht bij te zetten, zoeken wij een productiemanager.

Jobomschrijving

Na een grondige introductie word je eindverantwoordelijke voor de dagelijkse productieorganisatie. Vanuit jouw rol werk je nauw samen met logistiek, kwaliteit en onderhoud met als doel een toekomstgerichte productieomgeving & organisatiestructuur uit te bouwen die de verdere bedrijfsgroei ondersteunt. Jouw takenpakket omvat o.a.:

  • de dagelijkse aansturing van de volledige productieorganisatie
  • het opmaken en opvolgen van de productieplanning & personeelsbezetting ondersteund door de productieplanner
  • het coachen en motiveren van de productieteams i.s.m. de ploegchefs (100-tal medewerkers)
  • het opzetten en implementeren van continuous improvement-projecten inzake automatisatie en robotisatie
  • het opvolgen van KPI’s en het opzetten van concrete verbeteracties inzake rendement, kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie
  • het realiseren van een sterke samenwerking tussen productie, logistiek, kwaliteit en onderhoud
  • …

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de bedrijfsleiding & de COO.

  • Je bent industrieel ingenieur en hebt ervaring in productiemanagement.
  • Je bent een echte people manager die medewerkers weet te coachen en te enthousiasmeren.
  • Je bent communicatief ingesteld en vlot in de omgang.
  • Je combineert een analytische blik met een hands-on en pragmatische aanpak.
  • Je hebt een sterk technisch inzicht en een sterke affiniteit met productie-installaties en machineparken.
  • Je hebt interesse in nieuwe technische evoluties inzake automatisatie, robotisatie, digitalisering, …
  • Je hebt de ambitie om mee vorm te geven aan een ambitieuze en professioneel uitgebouwde KMO.
