The posting

· Je maakt de productieplanning op volgens de behoeftes van het ERP-pakket (Dynamics AX).

Hiervoor overleg je ook met de Supply Chain Manager die de aankoop van grondstoffen etc. behartigt.

Tevens overleg je met de productie manager van de andere site en volg je onderaannemers op om goederenstromen op elkaar af te stemmen.

· Naast de opmaak van de planning ben je ook eindverantwoordelijke van de productie-uitvoering.

In samenspraak met je ploegchefs volg je de situatie op de vloer en stuur je bij waar nodig.

· Je werkt in samenspraak met HR het personeelsbeleid voor de productiemedewerkers uit.

Daarbij is er oog voor evaluatie & evolutie van het personeel. Je detecteert noden voor polyvalentie in productie en fungeer je als coach voor je medewerkers in hun persoonlijke groei.

· Je staat in voor analyse van productiegegevens en ontwerp & opvolging van KPI’s (bvb. evolutie stock WIP, bottleneck- & capaciteitsanalyse etc.). Hiervoor kan je rekenen op ondersteuning van IT voor de nodige data.

· Vanuit de productieanalyses initieer je projecten tot procesoptimalisatie in productie.

· Je staat in voor een goed beheer van productieparameters in het ERP-pakket

· Je volgt nieuwe markttendens op naar nieuwe machines, ondersteunende productiesoftware etc.

· Je houdt van een dynamische productiecontext met een gevarieerde jobinhoud. Waar nodig durf je beslissingen te nemen en denkt oplossings- en klantgericht voor je (interne) klant.

· Je bent een teamplayer met sterke en motiverende communicatievaardigheden, dit zowel binnen als buiten de organisatie.

· Je hebt een degelijke basiskennis Frans-Engels.

· Je geeft leiding aan de productie (+-35 mensen) en combineert dit met coachende capaciteiten om medewerkers constructief te laten groeien.

· Je bent een analytische geest die cijfermatig beslissingen kan onderbouwen.

· Je hebt kennis van procesanalyse en optimalisatie (bvb. Lean technieken) en initieert en coördineert verbeteringsprojecten.

· Kennis van een ERP systeem is een troef. Je hebt een goede kennis MS Office, MS Excel en bij voorkeur ervaring met een MES-pakket.

· Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bachelor of master in een technische richting
