Productiemanager Roermond 40 uur Limburg Industrie Orcatech Schmitz Foam is een Nederlandse producent van hoogwaardige schuimoplossingen en al vier generaties een familiebedrijf. Vanuit de productielocatie in Roermond worden innovatieve producten ontwikkeld en geproduceerd voor klanten in meer dan 70 landen. De organisatie staat bekend om haar ondernemerschap, korte communicatielijnen en informele cultuur. Als Productiemanager maak je onderdeel uit van de productieorganisatie en rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Operations Manager. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een team van 5 ploegleiders en indirect ongeveer twintig operators. Samen zorg je voor een veilige, efficiënte en toekomstbestendige productieomgeving. In deze rol combineer je operationeel leiderschap met continu verbeteren. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, ontwikkelt jouw team en zorgt ervoor dat de productie iedere dag veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning verloopt. Functieomschrijving Als Productiemanager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de productie én de verdere professionalisering van de afdeling. Je brengt structuur, creëert eigenaarschap binnen het team en stimuleert continu verbeteren. Daarbij ben je zichtbaar op de werkvloer en weet je medewerkers te coachen om iedere dag een stap beter te worden. Je schakelt dagelijks met onder andere Sales, Logistiek, Kwaliteit en Technische Dienst om de productie soepel te laten verlopen en levert een actieve bijdrage aan verbeterprojecten binnen de organisatie. Functie-eisen Jij bent een mensgerichte leider die structuur brengt, medewerkers weet te motiveren en gemakkelijk schakelt tussen de dagelijkse operatie en verbeterprojecten.
