Als Productiemanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van een productieafdeling met een 140-tal medewerkers. Je coacht ploegchefs, volgt de productieprestaties op en grijpt in waar optimalisaties nodig zijn. Daarbij combineer je een sterke focus op mensen met een continue aandacht voor kwaliteit, rendement en efficiëntie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • aansturen en begeleiden van (assistent-)ploegchefs en een team van ongeveer 140 medewerkers
  • coachen van medewerkers richting een continuous improvement- en problem solving-mentaliteit
  • nauw samenwerken met HR rond rekrutering, onboarding, opleidingen en evaluatiegesprekken
  • organiseren, coördineren en opvolgen van de dagelijkse activiteiten binnen de productieafdeling
  • realiseren van vooropgestelde doelstellingen op vlak van kwaliteit, rendement en kostenbeheersing
  • opvolgen en analyseren van productieparameters en processen
  • identificeren en implementeren van optimalisaties binnen productie en organisatie
  • leiden van dagelijkse overlegmomenten en zorgen voor een efficiënte informatiedoorstroming
  • bewaken van actiepunten en opvolgen van verbeterinitiatieven
  • actief bijdragen aan projecten rond digitalisering, efficiëntieverbetering en afvalreductie
  • fungeren als aanspreekpunt en coach voor zowel dag-, nacht- als weekendploegen
  • je bent een inspirerende people manager die medewerkers weet te motiveren en te ontwikkelen
  • je beschikt bij voorkeur over een technische opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • ervaring binnen een productieomgeving is vereist
  • ervaring binnen de voedingsindustrie vormt een sterke troef
  • je bent organisatorisch sterk en behoudt gemakkelijk het overzicht
  • je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans
  • je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief
  • je hebt interesse in procesoptimalisatie, digitalisering en continue verbetering
  • je bent flexibel ingesteld en voelt je betrokken bij alle ploegen binnen de organisatie
  • je combineert een hands-on mentaliteit met een strategische blik
