Wil jij als rechterhand van de bestuurder mee vorm geven aan de groei van een gerenommeerde speler binnen de houtconstructies?

Deze speler uit regio Kortrijk bouwt al meer dan 60 jaar mee aan de toekomst, letterlijk en figuurlijk. De iconische gelamineerde houten liggers van dit bedrijf bewezen hun kwaliteit al in tal van projecten, van sporthallen en zwembaden tot scholen, kantoren en wooncomplexen. Vandaag reikt de expertise van deze organisatie verder dan liggers alleen: ze realiseren hoogwaardige houtconstructies waarin duurzaamheid, esthetiek en technische kwaliteit samenkomen. Om de verdere groei en professionalisering te ondersteunen, is deze houtconstructiespecialist op zoek naar een Productiemanager.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Production Manager ben je een zichtbare, hands-on leider op de werkvloer, terwijl je het overzicht over de volledige productieorganisatie behoudt
  • Je neemt de operationele leiding over de volledige productieorganisatie en bewaakt planning, capaciteit, kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie
  • Daarnaast geef je rechtstreeks leiding aan drie productiecoördinatoren en de maintenance manager, met duidelijke doelstellingen en opvolging
  • Tot slot volg je samen met de maintenance manager de technische werking en het onderhoud van het machinepark op
  • Als klankbord van de bestuurder denk je actief mee over operationele, technische en organisatorische vraagstukken
  • Verder vertaal je de groeiplannen mee naar de productie en denk je vooruit over automatisering, modernisering en toekomstige investeringen
  • Je behaalde bij voorkeur een hoger technisch diploma, bijvoorbeeld houttechnologie of elektromechanica
  • Bovendien heb je ruime ervaring binnen een productie- of technische omgeving, bij voorkeur in een leidinggevende of eindverantwoordelijke functie
  • Ervaring binnen hout, houtconstructies of interieurbouw is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste voor deze functie als Productieverantwoordelijke
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands
