The posting

Een ervaren productieploeg aansturen, de planning bewaken én zorgen dat kwaliteit en levertermijnen kloppen. Daar krijg je €4.500 tot €6.000 bruto per maand (firmawagen is bespreekbaar), meteen een vast contract en vaste daguren voor terug. Geen weekendwerk en geen structurele overuren.

Werk je vandaag als productieleider of productieverantwoordelijke en ben je klaar om de volledige productie te beheren? Dan kan deze stap naar productiemanager goed bij je passen.

Je komt terecht bij een middelgroot familiebedrijf in Schoten dat technische producten op maat maakt uit plaatmateriaal. In de werkplaats combineren we manuele bewerkingen met machinale productie. Je stuurt een ervaren ploeg aan en zorgt ervoor dat collega's, planning en kwaliteit mooi op elkaar aansluiten.

Wat mag jij bij ons doen?

  • Je vertaalt levertermijnen samen met de projectverantwoordelijke naar een haalbare productie- en personeelsplanning.
  • Je stuurt ongeveer 25 medewerkers aan met verschillende technische en productionele functies.
  • Je bent veel aanwezig op de werkvloer. Je overlegt met medewerkers, volgt het werk op en weet zo wat er speelt in je productie.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van A tot Z: van correcte productiefiches tot controles tijdens de productie en op het afgewerkte product.
  • Loopt de productie ergens vast? Dan zoek je een oplossing en bekijk je meteen hoe het de volgende keer beter kan.
  • Je werkt veel met de computer in Excel en in onze planningstool.
  • Op termijn kun je ook betrokken worden bij aanwervingen en evaluatiegesprekken.

Wanneer werk jij?

Je werkt 39,5 uur per week in dagdienst en nooit in het weekend. Van maandag tot donderdag werk je van 8u tot 17u en op vrijdag van 8u tot 15u30.

Structurele overuren zijn niet de bedoeling. Om 17u zit je werkdag erop. Langer werken kan alleen als je daar zelf voor kiest.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond of gelijkwaardige ervaring én enkele jaren leidinggevende ervaring binnen productie.
  • Je kunt een productie zelfstandig organiseren en werkt vlot met de computer.
