In deze rol draag je de volledige operationele verantwoordelijkheid tijdens de avondshift en stuur je jouw team aan naar optimale resultaten.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je voert de leiding over hoogtechnologische productielijnen en grijpt proactief in bij technische storingen of procesafwijkingen.
  • Je bewaakt de productievoortgang tijdens de avond shift, stelt bij waar nodig en garandeert het behalen van de vooropgestelde volumes en hygiënestandaarden.
  • Als coach op de werkvloer motiveer je jouw medewerkers, versterk je de groepsdynamiek en til je het team naar een hoger niveau.
  • Je ziet toe op een strikte naleving van de veiligheidsvoorschriften en zorgt voor een heldere, gedetailleerde overdracht aan de aansluitende ploeg.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante leidinggevende ervaring binnen een industriële productieomgeving.
  • Vlot in het Nederlands en het Frans.
  • Een zelfstarter met een scherp oog voor detail en een passie voor procesoptimalisatie.
  • Je werkt in een vast avondregime van 14:00u tot 22:00u.
