Voor een sterke en stabiele industriële speler binnen de verpakkingssector zoeken we een Productiemanager die de volledige productieomgeving aanstuurt en mee vormgeeft aan de verdere groei, efficiëntie en professionalisering van de site.

De organisatie is actief in een technisch productieproces met geavanceerde verpakkingslijnen en geautomatiseerde machines, waar kwaliteit, snelheid en betrouwbaarheid cruciaal zijn. Je komt terecht in een moderne productieomgeving waar samenwerking tussen productie, techniek en kwaliteit centraal staat. Dit is een rol met veel zichtbaarheid, verantwoordelijkheid en impact op de dagelijkse werking én lange termijn resultaten.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

Als Productiemanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen en optimaliseren van de volledige productieactiviteiten binnen een technisch en geautomatiseerd productieproces.

  • Je leidt de productieafdeling en stuurt teamleaders en operatoren aan op de werkvloer
  • Je bewaakt de dagelijkse output, efficiëntie en stabiliteit van de verpakkingslijnen
  • Je volgt KPI's op zoals OEE, scrap, stilstanden en productiviteit en stuurt bij waar nodig
  • Je organiseert en optimaliseert de productieplanning in samenwerking met planning en logistiek
  • Je waakt over veiligheid, kwaliteit en orde op de werkvloer (ISO- en veiligheidsnormen)
  • Je analyseert storingen en productieverlies in samenwerking met maintenance
  • Je initieert en leidt verbeterprojecten rond LEAN, automatisatie en procesoptimalisatie
  • Je bouwt aan een sterk, gestructureerd en gemotiveerd operationeel team
  • Je zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie tussen werkvloer en management
  • Je stimuleert een cultuur van discipline, eigenaarschap en continue verbetering

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen productie of industriële omgeving
  • Ervaring met technische productieprocessen of geautomatiseerde lijnen is een sterke plus
  • Sterke people management skills en hands-on mentaliteit
  • Analytisch en sterk in het structureren van processen
  • Oplossingsgericht en besluitvaardig in een operationele context
  • Kennis van LEAN of continue verbeteringsmethodes is een plus
  • Communicatief sterk op alle niveaus
