Dan is deze functie bij onze opdrachtgever in Waalwijk een mooie kans voor jou. Functieomschrijving Als productiemedewerker draag je bij aan de productie van hoogwaardige sandwichpanelen die volledig op maat worden gemaakt. Deze panelen worden toegepast in onder andere de carrosseriebouw en defensie. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring, interesse en de planning binnen de afdeling, word je op verschillende werkzaamheden ingezet. Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 07:00 tot 16:00 uur binnen een betrokken en collegiaal team. Aan de hand van technische tekeningen en stuklijsten verwerk je losse materialen tot een kwalitatief eindproduct. Door de variatie in panelen en werkzaamheden is geen werkdag hetzelfde. Binnen deze functie staan precisie, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal. Het resultaat van jouw werk zie je direct terug in het eindproduct. Werkzaamheden Afhankelijk van de afdeling kunnen je taken bestaan uit: - Het leegmaken, reinigen en gereedmaken van perstafels; - Het verzamelen en voorbereiden van verschillende grondstoffen; - Het samenstellen en verlijmen van sandwichpanelen; - Het knippen, ontbramen en afwerken (sealen) van aluminium panelen; - Het zagen, kalibreren en op maat maken van materialen zoals schuim, hout en composiet; - Het nummeren, sorteren en verzendklaar maken van onderdelen; - Het bedienen van machines en – indien bevoegd – een bovenloopkraan; - Het zorgdragen voor een veilige en nette werkomgeving.
