Wil jij aan de slag in een moderne, hightech kaasfabriek en meteen een mooi salaris verdienen? Dan is dit jouw moment! Voor een innovatieve en bruisende fabriek in de regio Gorinchem zoeken wij gemotiveerde productiemedewerkers die graag aanpakken en trots zijn op hun werk.

Samen met je collega’s zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces vlekkeloos verloopt. Na een korte dagstart ga je direct aan de slag en houd je scherp in de gaten of de kazen – na hun pekelbad – perfect op de band terechtkomen. Ligt er iets niet goed? Dan grijp jij meteen in. Je bedient machines, bewaakt het proces en zorgt voor een schone, veilige en hygiënische werkomgeving.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit o.a.:

- Bedienen van liften op afstand; - Controleren, reinigen en onderhouden van installaties; - Toezien op een optimaal draaiend machinepark; - Bewaken dat kazen exact de juiste tijd in het pekelbad liggen.

Werktijden & ploegendienst

Je werkt tussen de 24 - 36 uur per week altijd in een 4-ploegendienst met de volgende diensten:

- 06:00 – 14:00 uur; - 14:00 – 22:00 uur; - 22:00 – 06:00 uur.

Daar staat natuurlijk een aantrekkelijke ploegentoeslag tegenover (gemiddeld 26%).

Ervaring is niet nodig: je krijgt een goede en duidelijke inwerkperiode. Wel is het belangrijk dat je fysiek fit bent – een kaas weegt al snel 13 kilo.

Verder heb je:

- Minimaal een VMBO-diploma; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en/of Engelse taal.

Pluspunten (niet verplicht):

- Ervaring in productie of voedselveiligheid; - Woonachtig in de regio (Rotterdam, Dordrecht, Gorinchem e.o.); - Snel beschikbaar.
