Ben jij iemand die graag met zijn handen werkt, technisch inzicht heeft en het leuk vindt om een product van begin tot eind op te bouwen? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Voor onze opdrachtgever in Ede zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste productiemedewerker die zich binnen het bedrijf wilt ontwikkelen tot een zelfstandige vakman.

Wat ga je doen?

Als productiemedewerker ben je betrokken bij verschillende stappen van het productieproces. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Het intern verzamelen en klaarzetten van materialen - Het op maat zagen van materialen - Het bewerken van materialen door middel van onder andere boren en frezen - Het werken met diverse machines - Het assembleren van onderdelen tot een complete schuifpui of een compleet kozijn - Het controleren van je eigen werkzaamheden en zorgen voor een nette en nauwkeurige afwerking

Je begint met de werkzaamheden die passen bij jouw ervaring en niveau. Naarmate je meer ervaring opdoet en de werkzaamheden goed onder de knie krijgt, krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om zelfstandig te werken. Het werken binnen de productie is nauwkeurig werken belangrijk, een kleine fout kan namelijk gevolgen hebben voor het verdere productieproces.

- Je bent in een goede fysieke gesteldheid, vanwege het regelmatig tillen en verplaatsen van materialen - Je kunt nauwkeurig, netjes en secuur werken - Je hebt technisch inzicht en wilt graag leren - Je hebt affiniteit met gereedschappen, machines en techniek - Je bent niet bang om je handen uit de mouwen te steken - Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw eigen werkzaamheden - Je wilt jezelf ontwikkelen en wilt graag voor langere tijd binnen het bedrijf werken
