Over het werk Als productiemedewerker kom je te werken in één van de productie teams: Vloeibaar en/of Vast. Je rapporteert aan de Operations Manager. In deze functie assisteer je of werk je zelfstandig aan het mengen of maken van diverse vaste en vloeibare voedingssupplementen zoals bijvoorbeeld tincturen, zalven, ampullen, poeders, capsules of tabletten. Je werkt nauw samen met het productieteam maar ook met collega's van onze backoffice, planning, verpakkingsafdelingen (vloeibaar of vast) en de afdelingen quality en logistiek. Na je inwerkperiode ben jij in staat om zelfstandig en in teamverband verpakkingswerkzaamheden uit te voeren aan de hand van strikte voorschriften en richtlijnen om zo gezamenlijk de verpakkingsorders tot een goed resultaat te brengen. We bieden genoeg doorgroeimogelijkheden naar Operator, Menger, Technisch Operator, Supervisor, Teamleider, Backoffice Assistent of QC assistant. Productiemedewerkers verzorgen en controleren de stappen tijdens het productieproces aan de hand van de protocollen, richtlijnen en werkinstructies en zorgen samen voor een goed eindproduct en voldoende output.
