Productiemedewerker - Lasafdeling 38-40 MBO Ben jij een ervaren productiemedewerker en werk je graag met machines waarbij precisie en kwaliteit centraal staan? Op onze Lasafdeling werk je in (voornamelijk) dagdiensten aan het lassen van technische textielproducten met behulp van hoogfrequent lastechniek. Met jouw vakmanschap zorg je voor sterke, duurzame verbindingen en lever je een essentieel onderdeel van producten zoals airtrampolines, afdichtkanalen en ijsbaanboardingen die wereldwijd worden gebruikt. Solliciteer nu Deel deze pagina Over jouw rol in het team Als productiemedewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het maken van producten voor de sport-, leisure- en industriële sector. Het productieproces start bij een stuk PVC doek wat door onze snijafdeling is gesneden. Vervolgens is het aan jou de taak om met de lasmachine het materiaal tot een product te produceren. Door middel van hoog frequent lassen smelt het materiaal onder druk in elkaar en nadat het afgekoeld is, geeft het een stevige verbinding. Hiermee kun je de mooiste producten maken. Dit kan bijvoorbeeld een airtrampoline zijn of judomatten voor een Dojo. Het is aan jou om samen met je collega's de orders van onze klanten, aan de hand van technische tekeningen, uit te voeren. Door middel van een kort opleidingstraject leer jij de machine kennen en heeft deze op een bepaald moment geen geheimen meer voor je. Oftewel jij klaart de klus. Wij vragen - MBO niveau 3. - Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring als productiemedewerker. - Ervaring met industriële lasmachines of in de confectie-industrie is een pré. - Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal of bewijs dat je de taal aan het leren bent. - Een goede beheersing van de Engelse taal is een pré. - Je bent gemotiveerd, werkt netjes en kwaliteit staat bij jou voorop.
