Dit voedingsbedrijf is expert in het verwerken van gevogelte en het maken van lekkere kant-en-klare maaltijden en sauzen. Met 40 locaties in 7 verschillende landen zijn ze heel groot en sterk. Je komt dus terecht in een gezond bedrijf dat hard groeit.

De sfeer is er erg goed omdat iedereen elkaar kent. Het bedrijf kiest voor vernieuwing om vooruit te gaan, maar blijft ook realistisch zodat doelen haalbaar zijn. Daarnaast vinden ze het belangrijk dat iedereen verantwoordelijkheid neemt om eerlijk en milieubewust te werken.

Voor deze job als Productiemedewerker werk je in de fabriek in Olen. Hier werken elke dag zo'n 200 mensen samen in een gezellige familiesfeer aan lekkere producten van goede kwaliteit.

Elk heerlijk product dat deze stabiele internationale speler in de voedingssector in Olen verlaat, passeert jouw kritische oog. Als productiemedewerker in 2 ploegen ben jij een sterke pijler in het verpakkingsproces en in teamverband zorg je voor het vlekkeloos en hygiënisch verpakken ervan. Tegenover jouw inzet staat een mooi startloon van €17,22 met ploegenpremie, maaltijdcheques van €10 per gewerkte dag en ecocheques.

Hoe ziet een dag als productiemedewerker in 2 ploegen eruit?

  • Het tijdig bevoorraden van de diverse verpakkingsmachines behoort tot jouw taken.
  • Met veel zorg en aandacht verpakken we gegaarde, bereide of gepaneerde kipproducten met een scherp oog voor hygiëne en kwaliteit.
  • Dagelijks voer je nauwkeurige controles uit op alle verpakkingen en de bijbehorende etikettering.
  • Ook het houden van beperkt toezicht op de verpakkingsmachines en het bijsturen daarvan maak jij je snel eigen.
  • Samenwerken met collega's doe je vol enthousiasme als een echte teamspeler.
  • Elke werkdag opnieuw ga je voor de hoogste kwaliteit en streef je naar perfectie.
  • Binnen ons tweeploegensysteem ben je uitermate veelzijdig inzetbaar.
  • Grote waarde hecht je aan stiptheid, stipt op tijd komen is voor jou de standaard.
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands is essentieel om de veiligheid en communicatie te waarborgen.
