Operator 2-ploegen | Techniek, verantwoordelijkheid en afwisseling Geen knopjeswerk, wel een technisch proces dat jij mee in handen hebt

Ben jij graag praktisch bezig en wil je begrijpen wat er achter een productieproces gebeurt? Dan krijg je hier meer dan een standaard operatorfunctie.

Je volgt jouw afdeling van dichtbij op, bedient geautomatiseerde installaties en grijpt zelf in wanneer iets niet loopt zoals het hoort. Je krijgt de tijd om het proces grondig te leren kennen en bouwt stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid op.

Je werkt in een kleine ploeg met directe afspraken en een goede overdracht. Iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren en helpt elkaar vooruit wanneer dat nodig is.

Wat ga je doen? Na een grondige opleiding neem je geleidelijk de werking van jouw afdeling in handen. Je volgt het proces op van de aanvoer van grondstoffen tot het afgewerkte en verpakte product. Jouw taken:

  • Je bedient en bewaakt de geautomatiseerde machines binnen jouw afdeling
  • Je stelt installaties correct in en stuurt parameters bij wanneer nodig
  • Je volgt het volledige productieproces op, van grondstof tot verpakking
  • Je lost kleinere operationele storingen zelfstandig op
  • Je schakelt een technieker in wanneer een technisch probleem meer expertise vraagt
  • Je communiceert duidelijk met de afdelingsverantwoordelijke over afwijkingen
  • Je zorgt voor een goede overdracht zodat je collega vlot kan overnemen
  • Je voert de wekelijkse reiniging van jouw afdeling uit
  • Je werkt volgens duidelijke afspraken rond kwaliteit, hygiëne en veiligheid

Je werkt met dierlijke grondstoffen. Afhankelijk van jouw afdeling kom je in contact met varkensbloed, rundsbloed of varkenshuid. De bloedafdeling is zeer proper en heeft geen uitgesproken geur. De collageenafdeling kan stoffiger zijn en heeft een specifieke geur die eigen is aan het productieproces. In beide afdelingen is er behoorlijk wat machinegeluid.

Je weet dus vooraf precies wat je kan verwachten.
