Wat ga je doen? In deze functie maak je samen met je collega's unieke folieconstructies die wereldwijd worden ingezet in onder andere de tuinbouw, landbouw en infrastructuur. Geen massaproductie, maar écht maatwerk. Daarom leer je hier een vak waar vakmanschap, techniek en teamwork samenkomen. Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar collega's voor elkaar klaarstaan. Of je nu al ervaring hebt of het vak nog moet leren: vanaf je eerste werkdag krijg je begeleiding van een ervaren collega die je stap voor stap inwerkt. Wat ga je doen? - Voorbereiden van materialen voor productie; - Bedienen en instellen van machines; - Samenstellen van maatwerkfolieconstructies; - Werken vanaf technische tekeningen; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles; - Samenwerken aan een eindproduct waar je trots op kunt zijn.

Werktijden Je werkt in een overzichtelijke 2-ploegendienst: - Ochtenddienst: 05:30 uur - 14:00 uur - Middagdienst: 14:00 uur - 22:30 uur

Hier ontvang je bovenop je salaris een ploegentoeslag van 13%. Waar ga je werken? Wie ben je? - Je hebt technisch inzicht of affiniteit met techniek; - Je kunt technische tekeningen lezen of wilt dit leren; - Je bent bereid om in een 2-ploegendienst te werken; - Je houdt van aanpakken en fysiek werk; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal.
