Je verdient tussen de € 2.700 en € 3.500 bruto per maand en krijgt bij wederzijds goed bevallen een vast contract. Je nieuwe baan Wat ga je allemaal doen? Dit ga je doen: Als productiemedewerker zorg je dat het productieproces blijft draaien. Je werkt aan de lijn en controleert of de betonproducten goed uit de machine komen. Je houdt de kwaliteit in de gaten en grijpt in wanneer iets niet klopt. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Aanvoeren van grondstoffen en materialen. - Controleren van straatstenen, tegels en banden. - Verpakken en gereedmaken van producten. - Ondersteunen van de operator aan de productielijn. - Signaleren van afwijkingen en kleine storingen. - Schoon en overzichtelijk houden van je werkplek.

Je begint met de basis. Daarna leer je steeds meer over de machines en het productieproces. Zo werk je toe naar het zelfstandig instellen en bedienen van de lijn als operator. Over het bedrijf Een korte introductie Je gaat aan de slag bij een producent van betonnen bestratingsproducten. De stenen en tegels die hier worden gemaakt zie je terug in straten, pleinen en bedrijfsterreinen door heel Nederland. Op de productieafdeling werk je tussen machines en productielijnen. Samen met productiemedewerkers, operators en monteurs zorg je dat de productie blijft draaien. Je leert hoe de machines werken, hoe je de kwaliteit controleert en wat nodig is om het proces goed te laten verlopen.
