Wil jij jouw gevoel voor druktechniek inzetten op een plek waar kwaliteit zichtbaar van de pers rolt?

Voor een internationaal speler in de kunststofindustrie in regio Sint-Niklaas zoeken we een flexodrukker die graag met moderne productietechnologie werkt. Op deze site werken ongeveer 190 medewerkers samen aan verpakkingsoplossingen voor onder meer de landbouw- en voedingssector.

De productieomgeving is sterk geautomatiseerd en richt zich op kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieubewust produceren. Tegelijk krijgt ook de vakkennis van de medewerkers op de werkvloer de nodige waardering. Als flexodrukker speel je dan ook een rechtstreekse rol in het eindresultaat.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als flexodrukker stuur je het drukproces van voorbereiding tot afwerking en zorg je dat elke opdracht vlot door de pers loopt
  • Daarnaast bouw je de drukpers om en stel je kleuren, snelheid en andere parameters nauwkeurig af
  • Tijdens de productie bewaak je de kwaliteit van het drukwerk en stuur je bij wanneer het resultaat afwijkt van de orderspecificaties
  • Tot slot houd je de machine in topconditie met reiniging en onderhoud en pak je kwaliteitsproblemen gericht aan
  • Vanuit een grafische opleiding of achtergrond heb je een goede basis om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen flexodruk
  • Ervaring met flexo- of rotatiedruk is mooi meegenomen, terwijl een snelle leercurve en bereidheid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken minstens even belangrijk zijn
  • Op technisch vlak werk je nauwkeurig met de drukpers en digitale tools, waarbij kwaliteit, veiligheid en precisie belangrijk zijn
