Voor een gezellig familiebedrijf in Groenlo zoeken wij een enthousiaste Productiemedewerker die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt. Ervaring in de houtbewerking is mooi meegenomen, maar vooral jouw motivatie en interesse in het vak vinden wij belangrijk.

Wat ga je doen? Als Productiemedewerker Houtbewerking werk je mee aan het maken van hoogwaardige houtproducten. Je krijgt de kans om verschillende werkzaamheden te leren en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen het vak.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:- Bewerken van houtproducten door middel van zagen, frezen, lijmen en lakken; - Bedienen en instellen van zaag- en freesmachines; - Controleren en afwerken van producten voordat deze worden verzonden; - Zorgvuldig verpakken van eindproducten; - Schoon en netjes houden van de werkplek; - Samenwerken met collega's om het productieproces soepel te laten verlopen.

Je werkt met verschillende handgereedschappen en machines, maar het werk is niet fysiek zwaar. Dankzij de begeleiding van ervaren collega's leer je stap voor stap alle onderdelen van het vak. Je kunt rekenen op:- Een bruto uurloon tussen €16,- en €18,-, afhankelijk van ervaring; - Een fulltime functie van 37,5 uur per week (32 uur is bespreekbaar); - Werken in een vaste dagdienst van 07:00 tot 16:00 uur; - Op vrijdag werken tot 11:45 uur, waardoor je vroeg weekend hebt; - Reiskostenvergoeding voor woon-werkverkeer; - Een tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband; - Doorgroeimog
