Daarbij komt een aantrekkelijke ploegentoeslag boven op het salaris kijken. En na drie maanden goed functioneren ook nog eens een flinke bonus. Dankzij jouw inzet blijft het productieproces soepel verlopen. Je stelt machines in, bewaakt de kwaliteit en zorgt ervoor dat grondstoffen op tijd beschikbaar zijn. Samen met je collega's maak je dagelijks hoogwaardige producten. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Houden van het productieproces op volle snelheid door machines correct in te stellen, te controleren en waar nodig bij te sturen. - Ondersteunen van een efficiënte productie door grondstoffen tijdig aan te vullen en beschikbaar te houden. - Borgen van de productkwaliteit door gegevens zorgvuldig te registreren en processen nauwkeurig te monitoren. Werktijden: maandag tot en met vrijdag van 07:00 tot 15:00 uur, van 15:00 tot 23:00 uur of van 23:00 tot 07:00 uur. Functie-eisen - Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring als productiemedewerker. - Technisch inzicht. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. Arbeidsvoorwaarden - € 2.686,66 bruto per maand. - Exclusief ploegentoeslag van 21%. - 25 vakantiedagen. - 8% vakantiegeld. - € 0,23 reiskostenvergoeding per kilometer. - Pensioenopbouw. - Bonus van € 750,00 bruto na 3 maanden goed functioneren.
