Als productiemedewerker maak je deel uit van een team van ongeveer 85 collega's. Binnen dit bedrijf staan kwaliteit, techniek en samenwerking centraal en krijg je de ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen een moderne productieomgeving. Start als (technisch) productiemedewerker bij een stabiel familiebedrijf en ontwikkel jezelf verder binnen de productie en techniek. Je verdient tot € 3.908 per maand inclusief ploegentoeslag, werkt in een 3-ploegendienst en krijgt volop mogelijkheden om door te groeien naar operator. Over de functie Als (technisch) productiemedewerker werk je aan de verpakkingslijnen binnen de productie. Je bent actief betrokken bij het instellen, controleren en ombouwen van machines en zorgt ervoor dat het proces veilig en efficiënt blijft verlopen. Tijdens productwisselingen voer je ombouwwerkzaamheden uit en controleer je of de machines correct functioneren. Je houdt de productkwaliteit nauwlettend in de gaten en signaleert afwijkingen of technische verstoringen. Kleine storingen herken je tijdig en los je waar mogelijk zelfstandig op. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met operators en andere collega's om stilstand te voorkomen. Deze functie is geschikt voor kandidaten met technische werkervaring of een sterke affiniteit met techniek, machines en productieprocessen. Je krijgt een uitgebreid inwerktraject en leert steeds meer over de techniek achter de verpakkingslijnen. Hierdoor kun je doorgroeien naar een operatorfunctie.
