Jij werkt in een productieomgeving waar vakmanschap en nauwkeurigheid belangrijk zijn. De focus ligt op het op maat maken en stapelen van keramische stenen, het verwerken van isolatiematerialen en het monteren van interne componenten zoals verwarmingselementen en thermokoppels. Jij werkt met technische tekeningen, nauwkeurige maatvoering en kwaliteitssystemen om duurzame resultaten te realiseren. Veiligheid en efficiëntie zijn essentieel. In deze functie ligt het salaris tussen €2800 - €4200 per maand afhankelijk van ervaring en competenties, met mogelijkheden voor trainingen en doorgroei binnen het team. Functie-inhoud - Jij is verantwoordelijk voor het nauwkeurig isoleren en bekleden van ovens en het assembleren van interne componenten. - Jij snijdt en past isolatiematerialen en keramische stenen op maat voor correcte positionering en stapeling. - Jij monteert en test verwarmingselementen, thermokoppels en interne onderdelen en controleert aansluitingen en montage. - Jij voert de buitenafwerking uit, monteert handgrepen, klepjes en afwerkdoppen en waarborgt de eindkwaliteit. - Jij werkt met technische tekeningen of leert deze lezen en verbetert werkmethoden voor efficiëntie en veiligheid. - Jij werkt aan modules en sub-assemblies voor ovens en industriële systemen, inclusief klant-specifieke specials en revisiewerk. - Jij voert functionele droogtesten en eindcontroles uit in de werkplaats en draagt bij aan FAT-voorbereidingen.
